Helvetic Airways has completed the rollout of the REDiFly eTechlog across its entire fleet of 20 Embraer aircraft, moving pilots, cabin crew and maintenance teams off paper technical logs for good.
Before the rollout, Helvetic’s paper-based technical log was generating up to 60 errors a month, and the MCC had no visibility of defects until the aircraft physically arrived on stand. Since going live, those errors have been fully eliminated, and every team now has the information they need, before they need it.
